Mitsubishi Meldas 320 MV spindle orientation problem
Hello guys,
I have an older OKK vertical center with Mitsubishi Meldas 320 control.
From time to time the spindle cannot orient properly and alarm 1027 appears.
I have opened the covers of the spindle looking for sensors that control the orientation but could not find such.
I could only locate the pad mounted onto the spindle but no sensor as described on page 16 of the maintenance manual.
I would appreciate it very much if someone can help.
Re: Mitsubishi Meldas 320 MV spindle orientation problem
Dear Petroff, What you should be looking for is an ENCODER, a circular shaped component mounted somewhere along the spindle assembly, or in the back of the motor itself. It appears that your encoder could need some service.
Hello peloflex,
I just got another mysterious problem.
At the start of the program cycle, after it grabs Tool #1, alarm M01 - 0007 appears, FEED HOLD is activated and the machine goes no further.
I would appreciate it very much if you can help.
