mitsubishi NC64 PC-Cart Win95

Hi there
I have a Mitsubishi N60 , PC base Windows 95, on hartford1230A machin.
There is a H.D.D Problem , after weeks , work and study I can start up the Council System control , but my windows doesnt Know My NC - cart and I cant Find Driver Software , so my turning program has error, as I attached.
Can anyone Help me please?

Well, The answer was:
1. Batery was dead ( What mounted on NC Card to keep data such as parameters, MDs , offsets, ... ) and most of data was losted
2.we need to reinstall win95 , and config Meldas magic64 NC Card as a new hardware
3. after installing autorun VB , we need to run HIM ( hiuman machine interface ) program and reload Meldas64s memory.
