    Default Mitsubishi Meldas 500 alarms on citizen

    just bourght a citizen L32 from 1998.

    it comes with 3 alarms

    EX001 THERMAL RELAY ALARM
    EX101 BAR LOADER ALARM
    EX102 EXTERNAL ALARM 1

    it wont come out of emergency stop

    I tryed do disconnect the hipressure pump but nothing happend.

    theres no power at the bar loader

    theres only light in 1 of 3 lamps here ... is that right??

    what to do ??

    EX001 THERMAL RELAY ALARM would be an tripped overload, it is possable that the machine does not turn on the barfeeder untill Estop is cleared. I would check all the overload resets and contacts.

    The problem with this machine is the EX001 alarm until this is cleared you will have the emergency alarm
    The problem could be the thermal trips these are located at the bottom of the contactors the blue button next to the orange rotary setting for the over load
    Reset by pressing in then power off and on

    Hello.. We are looking for parameters of Citizen L20 5-axis CNC Swiss Sliding Head Machine with Mitsubishi Medlas 300 control from 1997.

    Okay, then on the electrical diagrams I see that it can come either from the thermal relays of the pumps, or from the circuit breakers. Circuit breakers and thermal relays must be checked if there is a thermal fault, it must be reset

    Call Citizen tech support, the usually have hard copy backups for each machine and can email them to you at no charge.
    If you dont have any luck there, message me, I have several citizen L20 backups and can see if yours matches.
