Vm17 help with networking to a computer drive

Hello, i have been trying to get my machine to communicate with a windows 10 computer.
I believe I have setup almost everything correctly. I can ping the machine(cnc) from the computer and ping the computer from the machine.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong at this point. I have the drive on the cnc but the drive doesn't have the file in it ?

Can anyone help? Thanks very much in advance.
