Wanted: Schematic for PC-REL-1B relay board. (Partner Mill)

Doing a retrofit on a Partner V. I have all the schematics except for the relay board. Anyone have a schematic of this board?

If it's defective there are a few on eBay for $100. Maybe one of the seller's have a drawing if they repaired it.
