Milltronics ml 15 by 40 centurion 7 control

Hello, new guy here, I just bought a 2006 Milltronics ml 1540 cnc lathe, centurion 7 control with 8 station auto tool turret. I’m located in Lubbock Texas, anybody close to me with a centurion 7 control machine?, or something similar? My machines in Minnesota, should be shipped to me in a week or so. This will be my first cnc lathe, first cnc anything, so I don’t know anything! Sure would welcome some programming help.
