Milltronics MB 16 service manual

I recently purchased a Milltronics MB16, date code is 702, which needs some TLC. I have found all of the manuals for the machine on the Milltronics website with the exception of the manual for the physical machine. I called Milltronics to get a manual, they were very helpful, and sent (pdf) a manual for a Microchip manual mill which had been copied many times and the diagrams were very difficult to read. I have several questions.

Are the milling machine heads used on other machines? The head is labeled Partner and looks like a Bridgeport J head.
Does anyone have a copy fo the service manual for this machine or a copy of the manual?

Machine date is 1997 second week.
