compact flash format centurion 7

I have two lathes with control centurion 7, one of them presented problems when starting, by mistake the technician deleted all the information of the compact flash.

we can format, and copy all the files from one compact flash to the other, but we can not get the lathe to recognize the software.

someone has changed the compact flash that can help me with this please.
