See if you can edit the post-processor. That's where that command that returns it to 0,0,0 lurks.
I have a 1325 CNC mill running Syntec 60W-e, and I use Fusion 360 for CAM.
At the end of a program it returns to 0,0,0 really fast. If someone is near there and not paying attention that could be dangerous.
How do I change the position after the end of a program?
