A bloke in Auckland NZ makes them. Custom size with welded inserts. So well made you can shave off 0.2mm at a time and the chips fly around the workshop like alloy flake snow.

Hi
Is there (affordable) options to get a nice surface finish on aluminium with these mentioned spindle details? (it is a Teknomotor)
I am dreaming of an insert type face mill but honestly have 0 experience so maybe something else would be the best choise..?
Should be cheap, less than a hundred euros.
Flycutters look deadly
thanks!

Shear Hog is about the only one that may work with your spindle for aluminum it would be a single insert, 3/4" diameter you would have to have the shank machined down to suit your largest collet size, they may do this for you plus cut the shank to the shortest you can use, the biggest problem you have is not a lot of motor torque so you can not go very big with the cutter diameter
