Multicam 5000 series milling

i have a Multicam 5000 series Cnc Router. while trying to mill the table flat again the factory program will only run the outside perimeter instead of the entire table. any tips on how to get it to mill the entire table at once? Im milling the MDF spoilboard.

Just create a facing program in your CAD/CAM software.
