What are you asking? How to do the other side?

I'd suggest using the 2-side milling wizard in DeskProto, which makes it easy for you. But failing that, you can make a fixture with pins coming up that slide through holes in the workpiece. Set it up so that the Y zero is in the center of your part, then create a new part for the other side that is rotated 180 degrees around Y., and generate toolpaths for that side. After doing the first side, flip it over, slide it down on the pins, which should be at the Y=0 point on either side of your part (out of harm's way). Clamp it down and run the second set of toolpaths.
