Any milling machine and most routers would be able to cut it, assuming it's a machinable plastic. The decision would depend on how big your part had to be. Sorry, your pictures aren't showing.
Hi all,
I'm after information on what milling machine would be most suitable for creating a perspex wedge from rexolite 1422. The wedge angle needs to be consistent. I also need the ability to add screw holes and bore holes but the most complex part is an angled/serated slope on front of the wedge (later to be filled with a permabond). I have attached some pictures (hopefully they show up).
Thanks in advance for any help
