    Hello it’s me again!
I have a St20 here with a C axis and powered tools. Today I wanted to mill a simple cone (19x19) onto the plane surface with G112.
I entered the coordinates, selected the C axis and it started. It milled- but what?? All 4 straights had a kind of belly, looks like a crackly radius. Can anybody tell me what that’s for? Does it has anything to do with the tool. Where is the 0 with a vdi revolver and with a radial powered tool and what cut position do I have to enter into the too list`

Do I have to select g42 by myself with the g112.

    I urgently need help!

    Hello

For the middle of the powered tools you should press the key F2 like the drill. That value is set in the parameter. You can check it with a gauge. The cut position is 0 and the radius of the tool is entered under radius ( if you want to use G42 / G41)
Otherwise I would ask your manufacturer/service.

    Regards
    Stev
