Default Making Iron Heat Stamp on Brass - V Carving on brass with 20 degree V-Bit

Hi I need to make a brand heat stamp on brass using a V bit 20 degrees bit with 0,2mm tip. I am going to clear with a larger tool (ie. 3mm end mill 2 flutes) and the rest with the V bit.
Could you please tell me what is a safe base to start with regarding feeds and speeds, and what depth per pass should I go?
Please take a look at the attache image to understand my case.

    Thanks in advance.
