In the beginning my plan was to put a manual mill in my garage and do side work after hours and on the weekend to make some extra gas money. Well it's quickly turned into much more than that. I'm now looking at getting a Clausing Colchester 15" X 50" lathe. Then moving out of my garage and getting CNC equipment. I'm trying to pay cash for as much as I can. But I just thought I'd post a small video of some upgrades that I made to this simple step pulley Bridgeport mill. All upgrades 100% paid for out of a small portion of the profits made from the business. I had to hire an accountant to help me. I'm good at bringing in the work and making the money but after that I don't know what to do with it. I am also using QuickBooks manufacturing and wholesale software. Even though I have much to learn about the software I quickly realized that I could not do this without it.
