my name is asif and involving manufacturing of different mechanical componants in recent days facing two problem.
we do huge machining of high strenght alumunuim and after machining need some surface protection like anodizing and alodine for electrial conducting.my problem is i dont know that how i protect the differnet portion of a specific part for anodizing because on those specific portion req alodine for electrical conduct.currently we left some cutting margin on specfic portion and after anodizing we do some finish cut on specific portion for alodine its work me well but my machining fixtures and resetting work give me lot of pain and rejections. any solution waiting.
