SHARP EDGE

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any industry standard to DEFINE and MEASURE a sharp edge for a surgical tool.

I've been having a hard time finding any information. To make matters worse the measurement of a sharp edge is rather difficult for a number of reasons. I don't know what the standard is, my guess is that most likely it would be a functional test to check the edge sharpness.

Sometimes, you get lucky.
