Default Need help with calculating tool nose compensation

Hey guys, Im writing a CNC program (not a g-code) for a lathe machine and im having some trouble with calculating the tool radius compensation needed for arc cutting.
When the arc angle is 90 degrees there's no problem, the problem is when i want to cut an arc that is less than that.
Are there any formulas for calculating the compensation needed with dependece on the tool radius and the arc radius?

    Thanks!

hy can you join several 90 degress arches, that have different radius, and different centers, and are not tangent ?

handling rad comp requires offseting and sometimes auxiliar geometry in between not tangent entities

please share a bit more details, maybe an example, so to see exactly where you get stuck, and i will help you / kindly

"calculated" tool path for 90°, covers the path for less, right? Just find the point of transition to the next shape element.
