Default Calculating max acceleration of z based on servo torque

Upgrading my z axis to servo since it just gained a lot of weight with the new spindle setup. Z axis is roughly 70lb, driven by a 5mm pitch screw. Im wondering if a 400watt servo is going to give me the rapids and acceleration i want. I'd like to run 20meter/minute which is 4k rpm at the servo. The 400watt dmm servo has 1.27nm continuous, 3.82nm peak, all the way from zero up to just about the 4k rpm i need. Im assuming peak number can be used. How quickly should i be able to accelerate the z axis upward with 3.82nm of torque on the ballscrew?

There are a number of servo sizing calculators available which will give you a good answer.

    Sigma have one.

Cool, I'll check it out. Most likely go with 400watt, dmm rep is telling me that it should be more than plenty.
