Design help small details wall thickness
Hello,
I would be very happy if some could help me a little bit with a design I'm currently working on.
I'm designing a razor which would be made out of 410 stainless steel.
The Razor will be made out of two parts which are bot 3mm thick and held together by a magnet.
The razor would have some extreme small details and very tight tolerances...
There will be some details where the wall thickness is only 0.5mm... ( See picture for more details ).
My question is if it would be possible to make details where the wall thickness is only 0.5mm thick?
Our first production run will be made with investment casting and the small details with CNC... Later we would like to switch to MIM metal injection molding.
Surface finish is polished.
