Default Mazak Fusion 640 T Keyboard

I need to connect a pc keyboard to my QT200 with a 640 T control. For some reason I was not able to install the pcmia network adapter and when I rebooted the machine it came up with a error. If I could "press any key to continue" I could get into the registry and fix the issue. The error is very common with Win95 and easy to fix.

    Can anybody help me out?

    Thanks,

    Philip

open up the face of the control....there's a connector for the keyboard up around the top, towards the left as you're looking from the rear as I recall.

I'll open mine in the morning and double check..and post back here. Expect around 8am PST

    It's easy.

There is a PS2 connection is on the back of the keyboard. It is located below the hard drive. The connector faces side ways. You'll have to reboot so that the PC recognizes the keyboard.

I solved the problem by properly installing the pcmia network card. You'll need the keyboard attached to your machine to do this.

    Hello, people!
I have a huge problem for 5 days we cannot start our CNC Lathe 5-axis Mazak Integrex Y200.
The control is Mazatrol Fusion 640tm.
The machine was working fine all day and all of the sudden the computer powered off !
After we powered up the computer again there was an ALARM - BATTERY LOW. We changed the battery the Alarm went off.
However, when we restarted the computer we still cannot continue with loading. Now there is an alarm that KEYBOARD IS NOT DETECTED... PRESS [F1].... or [F10]...
The keyboard of the Control panel is of course not working....
We connected several keyboards with PS2 at the back of the control panel.
When we restart the computer at startup the keyboard lights up for a second but when the system loads to the ERROR we cannot continue. The keyboard does not make any input.

PLEASE HELP! We need the machining running ASAP!

i know this is a decade old thread but regarding the fusion640 control pad
if the buttons are hard to push or if there is a play ...is something going on inside ?? or is this electrical?
