When i Press X- axis Home origin, its gave a Emergency Alarm 24 OVerload (1, 0, &0058)

Can anyone help me?

Did the axis move to it's + end position ?
If yes, probably ran into the axis emergency overtravel switch.

No. I need to try numerous times (Shut down the machine and Start the machine after an overload alarm) to return Home Origin for X-axis. However, if i run the machine with more than 5% Speed to run a program, it will gave a Emergency Alarm 24 OVerload (1, 0, &0058) after travel x-axis.
