    Default Mitsubishi M70 program flickering

    Hi.

Strange problem on a 3 axis milling controller.
    M70 Controller on a Akira Seiki V5XP

The program is flickering random when running it.
We tried run the program from the internal memory and no big improvement.

We using the memory card as standard and communication via the ethernet.

Some times its gone for a couple of seconds and then its stops.

    See clip here.

If your program isn't hesitating on the workpiece causing a dwell mark, I wouldn't worry. I suspect it is probably just a program memory buffer resetting to zero when full.

Unfortunate it does, its stops the program and you have to press green again.

I think then this may be "read ahead" issue, I've had similar on a Siemens 840D control and there was a system parameter setting for it.
However I don't have this experience on Meldas controls. I will do a bit of research though.
