error 1276 SlantTurn Nexus 550M

Hello all
I was hoping someone could help with a problem with one of our Mazak SlantTurn Nexus 550M's

We have an error 1276 tailstock sensor malfunction. We wonder if someone can inform us how/where to get to this sensor to take a look at it and test it and or get a replacement.
