Dear forumsters,
We are located outside the US and have a QUICK TURN 10 UNIVERSAL in our shop that is showing a "CPU DOWN" error right at power up.
I tried calling MAZAK tech support in the States and they said anything I need from Mazak has to be taken care by their local rep, which I know from the past THEY SUCK BIG TIME!!! They wouldn't even answer emails or phone calls.
So, please if someone here can share o sell a Maintenance book for a UL52C MELDAS control which is what we need to troubleshoot and fix our machine, it will be greatly appreciated.
