Need programming manual for Mazak Impulse 30

I recently purchased a Mazak Impulse 30. It came with all the manuals except the manual for programming the controller. Does anyone have one available as pdf or to copy or purchase?

See attached picture of the machine. It appears to be slightly different from an Impulse 30H but looks to have the same control panel.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
