Mazak VTC-16 Mazatrol M32 - won't load. NC boards diagnostic.

Hello guys, I have very old Mazak VTC-16 CNC here and it won't boot. I can see some green lights at the Numerical control system, mc21b power supply, at mc712 and 721, but no any picture at the display.

I think I have problem with some PCB. Any suggestions how to figure out what exact board is the issue?

Here is some pictures attached.
Will be very thankful for any help or suggestions.
