Mazak H25Q

Hi, Can any body share me the characteristics of dc servo motors of horizontal mill Mazak H25Q. Velocity, Torque and Kw. Those motor are obsolet and no appear any more on the Mitsubishi web site.
The models of the servo motors are:
HD201-12
HD300-11s
HD100-11s
