How to load NC program on Mitsubishi meldas 500 with a RS 232 cable

I've been working with a guy over the phone to help get him up and running he has johnford 850 with a Mitsubishi meldas 500 control with a RS 232 cable and trying to load a program from his laptop I come from a nice machine shop program with very nice brand new haas machines and im not currently able to go to his shop so with out the hands on experience on his machine i have no clue any help on this would be great
