Integrex 30 trying to revive - what parts do you think went here?

Im working on rebuilding an Integrex 30 with T-plus.
I have signed up for the integrexMachinist forum, and I have posted my questions there but it seems there is very little participation in that site, so I figured I would put this out here.
I think I have rebuilt the controller, now I am looking to identify some misc parts that seem to have been removed.
Can anyone post a picture of the inside of the controls cabinet?
Also, the back of the machine. I think I am missing something over the tool change door. And something next to the tool changer arm. (see pictures)
And I definitely need a tool setter arm/eye if anyone has a lead on one.
Can anyone confirm if this machine needs a power transformer for the mains? I have 208 and 480VAC, the name plate says 230/460 VAC.
