Help with mazak vtc20b alarms

I get alarms on start up:
382 power cut of malf.
383 plc emergency stop relay fault
385 estop saftey relay fault

What colud cause this?

Anyone that have a wiring diagram for this machine?
Vtc20b with m32b controll.

Hi!
I have the exact same alarms on my Mazak VTC-30C with Mazatrol M-Plus. Did you solve this problem?
My 24V power supply failed. I repaired it, but the following errors remain and cannot be reset.
2 EMERGENCY STOP
2 EMERGENCY STOP
382 SPINDLE POWER CUT MALF.
383 PLC EMERGENCY STOP RELAY FAULT
385 ESTOP SAFETY RELAY FAULT
