Mazak plus control. Help me upgrade to color monitor. Experts inside please!

I bought a 98 QT25L lathe, T plus control, monochrome monitor.
I want a color monitor on it. I got the different Monitor cable and QX524 board.
Machine won't boot with the QX524 board in her. Works fine with old QX521. The 524 board has been tested, works fine.
What do I need to pull this off. My machine has FCA515 NC rack in it? Do I need FCA535 rack and different software cards?

Please help

Hi,

How did you go. I am looking at doing to same. Did your QX524 card have the bios chip on it? I bought one - with Bios - but there are a few for sale that don't have that. That may be the issue?

Also - what cable did you need for the colour unit? Different for the signal?
