Mazak QuickTurn 15n

Hi,

I bought Mazak QT15N 1990r, and after a few days it stopped working. When I turn it on there are this alarms : 204, 73, 128.
The spindle controller was checked and proved to be good. there is propably problem with the MC617 on mitshubishi board (that is just my idea).

One the Mitshubishi board there are:

MC712 - the second and third LEDs light up green
MC116 - Same
MC724-1 - There are no LEDs on it
MC617 - There are no LEDs light
MC301 - One green LED on
Last one - Mistshubishi CNC there's one green light on.

Have you any idea what it can be?

I forgot to add that an 13 alarm appears on the spindle controller for a while, then alarm 37 (Transfer error) is displayed.
