QT- 20HP T-PLUS, getting 822 alarm

I have 4 minutes of experience on this machine so please bare with me. Also 4 minutes of looking at a Mazatrol program.
Operator told me that program would not run anymore and had alarm 822 Illegal Radius. After looking thru this program and comparing to other similar programs I cannot find the problem. When scrolling thru programs I found out that the Soft Keys (under monitor) didn't work easily, had to push them hard and every so often it would push that button twice changing this I didn't want to change to. This possibly happened to the operator but will not give me an answer. I can show a photo of program and also tool path of where it gives alarm.

So I dumped the program and reloaded it and its running. I took a photo of old program and it looks exactly like the one I have saved on the CMT. Strange.
