need help restoring disabled interlock

The key in the door is installed but this magnetic switch actuator, I don't know where it goes.

the part in your photo is the magnetic key to a XCSDMC590L01M8 - Safety Interlock Switch



I would expect the switch to be mounted on a fixed part of the machine and
positioned so the magnet on the door can come close to the switch
