mazak laser l32 error cod 008 help

I recently bought a mazak stx48 laser,
after a few starts I give the 008 error,
control unit faut,
is the grin that can help me?

Alarm 8 on 32 control is the RAM module on the CPU Card is in abnormal condition you will most probably need Mazak service to help you.

I did not find anything about this digging code,
the problem is that it does not receive the plate voltage. image with it, does anyone know what it is powering this pcb?
