Mazak 306 ATC arm driven alarm

Mazak HCN 5000-2 having alarm of ATC arm driven alarm 306, I checked ATC motor all connection, megger test also performed, seems ok, in Auto cycle after 4/5 tools change , alarm comes and not resetting, tried to off/on machine, still not working...

Help me out with the best please, it is driven alarm, this is 100 drive, I don't have new or alternate drive at this time,

Please share the full alarm details.
Please check at Diagnosis ==> Alarm.. The alarm codes mentioned within the brackets will give the exact alarm reason
Or please check the 7 segment led indication on drive.
Or please open the MR-J2 software from start menu and check the diagnosis ==> Alarm details

I have the same problem in MR-J2CT the alarm is

Z70.0002ABS REFERENCE POINT DISAPPEARANCE
M01.0004 External Interlock
