MAZAK QT 20-HP CODE 202 NO HYDRAULIC PRESSURE

Hello
Has anyone every tried to remove the hydraulic motor/pump on the Mazak? Looks like it is built into the top cover of tank which doesn't seem right. Maybe a 1/4 turn to lock? Motor is turning with no pressure on gauges. Looking to remove to inspect for pump damage, pick up filter or motor to pump coupling.

Had it been working ?.. Is it possible that motor is running wrong direction ?.
