MAZAK INTEGREX 30 TOOL CHANGER PLAYING UP

I got tools changer problem on Mazak integrex 30. Operator said this problem started 2 years ago but I am only start working in this company.Operator said they did manually tools changing on this machine by hand.The machine is still running.but if they use tool changer system on machine ATC alarm come on and tools changer system was stop anywhere.i would like to have but this machine is always busy.i think sensor problem.Iam not very good electrician,so anyone can help me out where to look and how to start doing fault finding.

Hei Friend,

Is this machine is with Mazak T32-3 controller and if so is it equipped with dedicated ATC drive like Mazak position sequencer.

And you have not provided the alarm no etc.
