1998 Integrex 35 T Plus Threading Help

I am new to making threads on the T Plus. I am making a 2-1/2"- 11.5 NPS OD male thread. On Integrex 35. I want to make right hand but the machine will on run a left hand thread once i set tool to left clockwise. When i try to set the tool to right counterclockwise it goes to start point and just stops moving no alarms thst i can see. I appreciate any help i can get.

Looks like i had an encoder issue MBE90K Mitsubishi sent info to adjust preamp and i had no luck. I am bighting the bulllet and paying mitsubishi too look at it.
