    Exclamation Mazak AJV18 - M19 wrong orientation

    hi guys.

    i have a mazak M32A - ajv18 machine.

after hard reset - some parameters has lost ot not up to date.
i have a problem with tool changer. when we run M19 command we are getting wrong angle and the spindle hits the atc ARM.

IT SEEMS THAT the M19 has wrong orientation , - and need to change in 90 degree more to get into the arm.

any ideas? please see images, where is the orientation parameter code?

    thanks for the help.

Try parameter J 87, it is spindle orientation. Increase or decrease the value, and do a tool change cycle with to much care. One unit it is one degree.
