Mazak VQC 15 40

I have recently purchased a Mazak VQC 15 40 in need of some minor repair.

The spindle motor driver has to be replaced as it not working correctly. we have a good secondhand OEM replacement, but the problem is that the existing driver is not the original component and has some different wiring and connectors on it.

Is there anyone that can help out with a photo of the original driver and connectors and/or a wiring diagram.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At this stage John from NZ has sent me an electronic copy of the 30 50 manuals and Tom from the USA has posted the image below.
Hopefully the electronics guy will be able to make use of it.
