Mazak 6200Y 26 illegal parameter

hi good day

we have a machine here a Mazak 6200Y/mazatrol 640T.. it loads a UI but there a asterisk display after that the alarm appears and maybe someone has an idea this kind of alarm "26 illegal parameter". im planning to reset servo/spindle parameter but we didnt know how to do it..we just only want to try maybe could
work on that way.. thanks

Description Type

26 illegal parameter servo/spindle
17 2 port memory parity MCP
351 spindle contactor fault machine
381 COND. Missing(Set up SW) machine
121 overtravel NC
491 maint. check warning operate

well.. i changed the battery already from NC panel which is already dead.. the next thing is to load parameter of a machine that i dont know yet.. and we have a diskette and memory card that we also found from back portion of a NC/MCP panel.

yes it is.. the Windows OS load and its UI..and you cant shutdown by pressing a button.. just machine main breaker.. and the problem is, there's an error appear on screen. the spindle and servo module has its on flickering error too but i figure out that the modules has no concern on it. because i saw some garbage text and number displayed on MCP,it display some are asterisk.. some what i thought maybe the machine NC parameter been corrupt... so i planned to overwrite the parameter and reboot again..

I'm now in the same boat. I have this error on my 1998 QT250HP Fusion 640T. Is this a reload the backed up parameters type of thing or is it something different? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Error reads as follows
26 ILLEGAL PARAMETER( 1, 36,&0037)
