    Default Slant turn

I have bought another slant turn I have a tool issue, no matter what info I put in a for a V tool it wants to start from the bottom of the part. I'v tried a few things but nothing seems to make any difference, any thoughts?

    Dear W.M.E,

If your machine is ST40 then the turret is having two positions one V and the other is H.

They are called packet 1 and packet 2.

In tool data please check whether you have assigned the tools correctly and also you can check whether the tool in the turret whether turning tool or milling tool is same as of your program by going to the position page.

Please give some more input as what is the exact issue.

    SHEKAR
