Mastercam 2021 for lease

I am a contract programmer and a contract has ended for my 2 seats of Mastercam. Per the rules of Mastercam I can let a second party use the software for as long as you would needed it. I am planing to lease it by the year and I am asking $2400.00 for 1 year. It would be the cost of maintenence for 1 year. it has Milling, turning and mill turn on the key both seats.
