Question Why can't I use one pass here?

the part is ~.53" and I'm using a 1.0" bull end mill (r=.0315) but master cam tells me it can't do one pass because its not big enough?
Any clues would be good thanks!

Turn on "Auto Angle" ... or set "Rough Angle" to 90° or 270° to machine the thinner section
