vertify not working

got this problem on mastercam cam for some reason when I do my toolpath I can see it on the backplot but when I go into the vertify I cant see the stock or even the tools
is there a setting I have to turn on.
have any of you guys had this problem and how can I fix it

on verify....
there are on/off toggles on the upper toolbar for
.. the toolpath
.. the tool
.. the stock remaining
.. the original stock ... with a see through effect

plus how the display moves whenn running ie tool stationary-stock moves or.. the reverse

also (in "view") you can improve the display accuracy after zooming... there is a lot you can play with, try various combinations to what suits you best..... then do a "save as default" for when opening another verify session.
