Tool Rotate

Hello all,

I created a tool to look like a saw disc, like the one I have in my workshop.
The tool when installed on machines head it is horizontal and i can machine some parts, but now i want to machine a cube with the tool vertical.
to make the tool vertical i choose tool plane left or right, but when I regenerate the toolpath in wrong, it does not face the part like I want, instead it stays in stable position and make circles .

is there any way to use tool like saw disc vertical to machine part?
