How to update Machine/Control definitions from X4 to 2018?

Hi,

How to update Machine and Control definitions from X4 to 2018? It only allows you to update 3 versions back?
Is there a work around this?

Do you have a service contract? When MC went from V9 to V10, it became Windnows based....whatever that means. I can't answer your question, but I know some things can't be saved when upgrading. A fellow programmer always had his MC set up based on material and tools. He hated upgrades because this data got lost every time.
